Summary: Toto makes without question the best toilets available. We've been installing Toto standard and high efficiency toilets for the past 10 year and have had little if any call backs. Our Comparison Opinion:

Vortens Toilet - Vortens make great toilets and has been doing so for years. They are by no means the same level of quality and flush power of a Toto or Kohler but that's not to say we don't sell a lot of these toilets. We have seen good reliability and performance from these toilets over the years.

Kohler Toilet - Kohler is perhaps the most well known name in plumbing. All of their products, toilets included are well made and last. We rate Kohler toilets just a hair under Toto. Kohler toilets will run you less however and this makes them an attractive option for most homeowners. Best of all, most Kohler toilets have a lifetime warranty on parts.

Toto Toilet - Is a top name in toilets. They make a wide range of products with different flush technologies. Though Toto will run you a slight premium in price they are worth the extra investment. I've yet to find a client that wasn't happy with their Toto toilet. Though other manufactures now carry soft close or slow close seats Toto was the first.
