Q. How soon can you make it to my house?
A. Most of the time we can make it out that very same day. We do our best to schedule our appointments in an accurately and we’ll always call you if we start to run behind. If you want to gurantee yourself same day service ask about our Diamond Club Membership.

Q. What is the Diamond Club?
A. “The Diamond Club” is a private membership club that is only offered to 25% of our clients. It isn't for everyone because we couldn't possibly keep up with the work load.
We offer it to people who really love their home and want to protect it from unexpected plumbing breakdowns or even worse…water damage! “The Diamond Club” is plumbing security for your home! For only $9.95 per month you’ll receive.

1. $200 in free service with our whole house plumbing inspection, here we’ll make minor adjustments and provide you with a details report card of your home’s genereal health.
2. Front of the line priority service
3. 25% discount on future repairs
4. Free membership for 30 months – your previously paid dues can be applied towards any repair or replacement.

Q. How much do you charge per hour?
A. We don’t charge by the hour. Years ago we decided that it’s not fair to the client to make them pay by the hour because it leaves the price up in the air until the job is completed. You never really know how much you’re going to pay. Plus you have to pay extra for a slow technician; that doesn’t make sense. Instead, after properly diagnosing the problem, we'll give you a “Straight Forward Price.” This way you know the total cost before any work is done; there are no surprises at the end of the job and you know you are getting the same price that previous clients paid.

Q. Are you licensed and insured?
A. We certainly are. All of our technicians are factory trained and must undergo continual performance and technical evaluation. They know their stuff. Plus we carry all of the required liability and workmans compensation insurance to protect the client.

Q. What type of warranty do I get?
A. All of our work is covered under our thorough warranty program; Happy Today or You Don’t Pay! But, please visit the warranty page for detailed information on our best of the industry warranty programs.

Q. Can I supply my own material and have you install it?
A. Of course you can, we are happy to installed any certified purchased product for you. There are some restrictions on the warranty so visit the warranty page for details.

Q. I’m a little nervous letting a stranger into the house? Who can I expect to arrive at my door?
A. We screen, interview, background check, and drug test all of our employees. We are proud card carrying members of the Technician Seal of Safety www.mysafetyseal.com. Rest assured that the technicians we employ are the top in the county and good people. We wouldn’t have it any other way at this family run plumbing business.

Q. How can I pay for the service? Do you offer financing?
A. We take all forms of payment: cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, and American Express. We can also set up a payment plan with you for those larger projects. Contact or office with questions.

A. We arrive ready to work for you. Our trucks are stocked with 1000s of parts so that 90% of job can be done right there and then. This saves you time and money. No more having to wait around for supply house runs
